His goof and camp is perfect for the DCEU. Batman is the perfect straight man for Booster to bounce jokes off.

Perhaps a Wonder Woman sequel with her in the modern setting?
Isn't that what the first WW movie is, along with a back story of her being involved with WWI?
how about we worry about the a listers first this universe is just starting and people are worried about booster gold a c lister![]()
I want Jaime in the DCEU, too, but he has no connection to Booster without Ted. I'm going to be super disappointed if he gets left out of this.
I'm curious as to why Booster Gold was chosen. Not that I'm complaining since I like it when obscure characters get a chance in the limelight but why him over say Blue Beetle (Jaime and Ted), Dr Fate or even a Hawkman/Hawkgirl movie.
If the character is written and received well who cares what list they were in the comics. Where was Ant-Man, or GOTG before they actually did a movie for them? The MCU has been going for years and only now is BP getting a movie. I don't know where he fit on a list but he had to be higher than Ant-Man.
I mean. I want Jaime on the big screen, too, but I feel like both he and Booster are better with Ted involved. Plus he's one of my favorite heroes, so I'm a bit biased. In the comics Booster Gold was a mentor to Jaime Reyes. Granted Jaime doesn't have as strong a connection to Booster like Ted does but he does have one.
Anyways I want Jaime on the big screen, a lot of fans do actually! Maybe they'll go the rebirth route?
Booster Gold
Appearing as a recent guest on The Fanboy Podcast, screenwriter Zack Stentz revealed he’s completed his script for a Booster Gold solo movie and is now waiting to hear back from DC/Warner Bros.
I do not know what’s going on with it right now, honestly. And I don’t know if the DC people know what’s going on with it. Their strategy seems to change depending on how […] most recent movie did. But I can tell you that a script has been turned in that the director and producer, Greg Berlanti, has proclaimed himself to be very happy with. And it’s something that’s ready to go, but DC and Warner Bros. would need to give the greenlight to it. The ball is in their court.
We’ve heard a lot of different things about this project over the last few years but let’s hope with the success of Shazam, WB is finally ready to move forward and give Michael Jon Carter the spotlight.
