How did I miss this thread?
Can anyone tell me who it is Dragon is referring to?
1. Dragon was referring to Jim Carrey.
2. This "scoop" was debunked and Dragon proven to (very likely) be a fraud thanks to a twitter/instagram user who had tweeted back in March that he had saw Jim Carrey on set, but then recently (in light if the news) revealed that his post was a lie and that he had actually been in NYC for Letterman, and THATS where he met Carrey.
I honestly don't get the point of lying like that. I'll never understand what's fun about it. It's just extremely childish.
Dragon's friend told him the role that Carrey has in the film (if this is legit), so it can't just be that.Jim probably visited Andrew to give him some tips to pulls the quips right and dragon's friend probably thought he was in the movie
1.) The tweet was five months before Dragon's story.Dragon just so happening to have a friend say Carrey is in the film at the same time someone has a tweet out saying the same thing is too big of a coincidence for me.
And the fact that I asked him about it but he didn't respond even to deny it is fishy.
Dragon, what have you done?
(Tobey's end of Spider-Man 1 on the bridge voice)
Okay. Sent a PM to the folks who requested, but before this gets out of hand, a mod should delete this thread.
Meanwhile to answer some of the above questions:
Could he be wrong? No.
From the Spiderverse? Yes.
Salt in the wound for Dragon... This is why if I ever hear an "insider scoop" I wouldn't make a thread about it.
So are you guys 100% sure he's not in the movie? Go watch it again, you must have missed it.
