Finished Halo 5 and I actually liked it. Maybe because I went in with low expectations but I was engaged with the story and liked the new characters. To be honest I’ve played on easy mode lol because I wanted to mostly just get through the story as fast as possible but with Infinte I’m playing standard normal mode. So next up Halo Infinte.

I remember a report that Infection, Extraction and Grifball would be added with this update. I remember doing really welll at Grifball on Halo 5 on a particular day and was using it to make my overall game K/D look a bit less embarrassing lol. Hopefully I’m good at this version too.

Finished Halo Infinite and I loved it and liked where they took the story. The Boss battles were epic and I grew to love The Weapon and Fernando. On Reach now and then ODST so almost done.

Nice man! Glad you updated here. I was wondering how far you got. Sounds like you’ve had a good time with the games. I like Reach a lot.

Yeah Reach is cool even though you know it’s gonna end tragic but having said that seeing the Spartans fight to protect Reach is heroic and inspiring.

Ok finished Reach and ODST yesterday and I loved both campaigns but I think loved ODST more. I just loved that it was a film noir detective story mixed with classic Halo action. Reach was really good and I was devastated at the end even though I knew how it would end. So yeah I’m all caught up on all of the Halo campaigns. Not gonna bother with Halo Wars since I don’t play RTS games. Will probably just watch the cutscenes on YouTube lol.

Yeah, I loved that campaign, even better in coop. Also it’s the Halo multiplayer I played most and had really good matchmaking.

Everything seems to take so long to implement for this game. By the time features are included people have moved on.

Wasn’t sure initially about why people were so upset about the new roadmap and all the other stuff they rolled out in their new video, but after watching one really constructive video on the whole thing, and hearing about the cancellation of split screen for co-op, I am definitely more disheartened and disappointed in them.

They’ve definitely promised so many things in the past and continue to break and not deliver on those promises. Hopefully, the negative reception to this from the community causes them to seriously reconsider things and change their current methodology and approach to halo. Otherwise, if they aren’t going to concede and continue down this path, it would just be best for them to hand the game over to another company.

A whole year without forge, only to be given the beta, is so annoying. This game is so barren, and hasn't given me a reason to pick it back up.

As someone who has not much investment into this franchise, especially the multiplayer aspect, I'm very glad I got through the story campaign and spent only $1 (Game Pass).

When they will release story DLCs, I'll gladly play them during my next subscription.

I wonder if it’s just a result of them having to be under Microsoft and having to meet certain guidelines (i.e— Free to play, micro transactions, etc.) fulfilling all of their demands, and that may be getting out under them would actually allow them to do the things that they promised and actually want to do a lot easier.

You have to keep in mind, even back in the day, when Bungie was under Microsoft, to a lesser extent they had to compromise on certain things. It’s just that now that they’ve gotten worse about that it’s become a lot more prevalent and noticeable. Microsoft really hasn’t changed at all that much.
