The article title is straight clickbait. It's not just GoW, but basically all PlayStation ports available on PC.

Look, the Xbox Ally is simply a handheld PC that runs Windows... It's no different than buying a Dell laptop running Windows.

Do you guys also want Sony to ban their PC ports from Dell laptop owners who have purchased these ports on Steam (or EGS, or GOG)?

With their whole stupid ass "this, this, and this is an Xbox" and campaign it's hard to distinguish now. It was confusing to me whether this rog ally actually counts as a new Xbox or if it is a PC with Xbox branding

Yeah, Xbox is pretty much a branding label now. I wouldn't be surprised if MS makes desktop PCs or laptops for gaming in the future, and they'll just slap the Xbox label on them.

Though, MS does (or did according to the article above) in fact have a first-party handheld device in the oven.

Xbox handheld rumoured to be 'essentially cancelled' but the new Asus Xbox Ally is actually a preview of all future Xbox consoles, not just handhelds

No more dedicated Xbox consoles built by Microsoft, so the story goes...
