Have you ever made a big move?

When I was in Junior High, in the middle of the school year, my parents moved me from Toronto (one of the largest cities in North America) to an itty bitty town with a population of 200. An hour to get to the nearest movie theatre, an hour and a half by bus to get to school. Bloody middle of nowhere. I HATED it, with a passion. I didn't fit in. Everyone in my neighbourhood grew up with each other and were often related to each other. As soon as I completed high school I moved back to Toronto.

I lived in NJ until I was 21 and my brother in law went into the army so when he got sent to GA I moved there with my sister to help out with there son. It was a big shock because everything was so different but I don't regret going there, it was a good life experiance(can't remember how to spell it lol). Just go and have some fun R_3, no matter if it's good or bad you can say you got out of the home town and saw something different.

I stay at the beach 3 hours away for a week every summer. Other than that... no.

Nothing to add to the thread, just wanted to say that I went to Toronto back in 02 on vacation and loved it, great city. I'm hoping to get back there next year.

In 1989, we moved from one side of the county to the other!

would moving from Florida to Texas be considered a big move?

I can also do Wolf's giant swing move in Virtua Fighter 5

Thank you. That's exactly how i feel. Living in Toronto, people have been telling me that everything and everyone I know is here. However, if I stay, I know no matter what, that I'll always be thinking in the back of my mind, "What If..." but if I make just that one big move at least I got to see something different and would have no regrets. I also happen to be the age you made your move to GA so maybe now is the time.
