I really can't see this show lasting to be honest. I know HBO loves to be the one that breaks-ground on tv, but this thing just seems..too real, and extremely uneventful.

The chick that keeps rehashing what her bf said at the party, is ****ing annoying..and insecure.

I'd be suprised if this show makes it past season 1.

Watched it last night--eh. I mean, the sex scenes were good, and the actual acting within the show is good, but the story and characters just aren't really engaging me. I'll try and give it a few more episodes before I stop, though, could pick up as it goes along.

Never fails to amaze me. There is obscene amounts of violence, murder, brutality on even network tv but what do people decide to get worked up over, sex. It reminds me of that whole Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction. A tit was on tv for .25 seconds and everybody is all up in arms, yet no one bats an eye at the extreme violence.

Yeah but this is not on for just a second. There's graphic sex, just short of full penetration. I agree with you on the violence thing, but would you be comfortable watching a porno with your mother, or grandmother sitting next to you..?

Sex is the creation of life. Violence is the destruction of life. Based upon those two, you'd think that the creation of life would be much more accepted but the fact of the matter is sex is an 'intimate' and 'private affair. It makes ppl uncomfortable talking about it and seeing it, unless they're around certain ppl.

In my opinion, sex is just as nasty as a brutal killing. Yeah it 'feels' good but just like a brutal killing there's lots of bodily fluids splashing about, moaning, grunting and screaming; lets not get into the genitals. A vagina looks like an Alien face-hugger, and a penis is no prettier. It's just not the kinda things alot of ppl want flashed in their face..no pun intended.
