The Good
Superb presentation and excellent acting make the game feel like a movie
from the moment it starts until the moment the credits roll, the game never lets up.
Different attack stances works well and keeps the combat fresh

The Bad
Short
Not enough variety to the bad guys
Some bosses feel a little cheap.

Haha, against Ninja Gaiden 2's claim of a 30 hour story mode, Heavenly Sword and it's problem of premature climax pretty much make it seem impotent in comparison. :

If it's anything like its predecessor which I endlessly enjoy to this day even after playing the hell out of the first one on the Xbox, wearing controllers out after hours and hours in the mission mode of NGB and just recently, having a blast with the twin swords in Sigma...well, suffice it to say that I'll be having a darn good time with Ninja Gaiden 2.

There were also complaints that there wasn't enough enemy variety, bosses were cheap and that combat got stale.

Small complaints that were overwhelmed by the awesomeness of it all. Six hours for a reviewer would be like eight or nine for the avg gamer. I play all my games like four or more times, so I have at least 24 hours, maybe 32, who knows? GOW was like eight hours and it was the ****, so short games can be great too. I do agree that I wish it was longer. Condensed gaming awesomeness can be better then, say, a long crappy game like Two Worlds is(from what I've heard, you can use your own example), it just depends.

Well considering all those complaints and the chronic length, it sure did score well in spite of it all. Chances are they could make a really good sequel, though I think the story of HS is a little self contained.
