I said it didn't get the greatest reviews. An 83% average of metacritic means it didn't get the greatest reviews.

83% sounds damn good to me sorry. Majority liked it...so why would they stop their previous formula for this game? It seems like they did learn their lesson give people what they want.

I'm not talking about stoping the formula though am I? I'm talking about improving on a low 8, something I feel they could do by taking out the real life parts.

Like I said, look through those reviews and I bet the majority of the cons will come from the wacky sci fi ending. That would seem to indicate that the real-life parts were fine and it was the story/subject matter of IP that needed refining for future games, which Quantic Dream are doing by promising HR will be totally real-world, crime thriller stuff.

They are taking a concept that was well received in a game and improving upon it in this one. I tend to ignore any JRPGs, to be honest. If the characters all look like young girls, I usually just move on.
