    I was going through my old wizard magazines and I just dug up an old interview with Todd McFarlane and Gene Simmons(of KISS) from 1998

    here is an Batman related exerpt.

    It's interesting to know that Gene has read TLH.

    Hmmm. I can see that. It's pretty intense and dark, but classic at the same time. Nice to know someone as cool as Gene likes comics.

    I remeber hearing that back when Gene was a school teacher before KISS, one of the reasons he got fired was doing a class lesson on an issue of Spider-Man
