On the heels of last week’s revelation that each season 10 episode of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” will be 90 minutes long ? and with spin-off “All Stars” still on the air ? VH1 has released the names of 14 glamazon queens who will compete for the title of America’s next drag superstar this spring.

And we’re pretty gagged.

The tenth season of the monumentally successful “Drag Race” will kick off on March 22 with girls from every corner of the country. Some, like New York City favorite Aquaria, already have a massive social media following. Others, like Kalorie Karbdashian-Williams, will define themselves more fully over the course of this season.

One thing is for certain: VH1, World of Wonder Productions and RuPaul will be pulling out all of the stops to celebrate this milestone of a full decade of “Drag Race.”

I’m not creating a poll for this as it might not get enough traffic to warrant a new thread each season. But feel free to discus your favourite queens here!

I wonder who the judges will be this year? Obviously Carson and Ross. Plus I heard Gus kenworthy is going to do it. I’m surprised Adam rippon didn’t to be honest. I would love to see Tiffany had dish do it

Its a shame Dusty ray bottoms got the boot. I thought she had a lot of talent but I think a lot of them do this season and all it takes is one bad day. Eureka is heaps of fun this season.

Miz cracker is interesting but I have the weirdest feeling she might become problematic all of a sudden

Ok I’ve caught up! Super bummed there wasn’t an episode this week though.

My hopes are for eureka to win. We haven’t see a plus sized queen win. Before that it was miz cracker but I think she’s starting to slow down a bit

RuPaul's Drag Race to reunite eight queens for holiday competition episode

VH1 announced Tuesday that the Emmy-winning reality series will return Friday, Dec. 7 for RuPaul’s Drag Race Holi-slay Spectacular, a one-off, seasonally themed episode that will pit former contestants Eureka O’Hara, Jasmine Masters, A Star Is Born actor Shangela, Kim Chi, Latrice Royale, Mayhem Miller, Sonique, and All-Stars 3 champion Trixie Mattel against each other for the title of America’s first “Drag Race Xmas Queen.”

The whole purpose of this is probably to crown Shangela so the fans will stop hating Ru for knee-capping her with that twist.

Exactly. And to set the ground for AS4 probably premiering in January.

A fake ass crown for Shangela won't make me happy tho. What they need to do is stop the riggery for future seasons and make AS4 a decent and fair season. I don't want a forced Balentina win, for instance. If it's deserving, so be it. But stop the riggery.

It's an one episode thing. I don't think there'll be time for that kind of drama.

But I do think Sonique (not discrediting her talent) was cast to "make things right" after the transphobia controversy.

And yeah, Kim Chi is great. Hope she accepts to be on an All Star season.

And after filming the season, she she spoke to the fans and said she would never do an All Star season because trans people are not welcomed there. Usually queens say stuff like "not returning" to avoid speculation about the cast and keep the surprise. But she didn't speak well about the show, which led to some speculations...

So, despite the Ru's transphobic comments, things could've gone wors with a trans contestant suffering transphobia on set. If true, they're gonna have a lot of damage control to make.

I need Manila to win. But I'm prepared for a huge disappointment ala Shangela not winning AS3.

“The girls on All-Stars 4 are exciting and they have so much more to show,” RuPaul tells EW, adding that the season ahead will serve as minor course correction after the All-Stars 3 finale sharply divided the rabid Drag Race fanbase. “I think it will shock fans, although I don’t think they’ll be as disappointed. We always try to do something fresh and interesting, and sometimes it turns out in a way that you don’t really expect. I love Trixie [Mattel]. She’s a real superstar, but I really didn’t count on the other girls who came back being so vindictive [and voting against Shangela].”

I'm glad he's aware of how fans feel about AS3, but I hate this twists for shock value. It almost always doesn't end up well.

I would say I’m disappointed but I just can’t not be happy when I see Latrice. I think she’s wonderful. I hope she wins although sometimes I think the ones that don’t win become the most successful

Rumor has it she doesn't want to do it Drag Race again. But who knows. She wasn't "blacklisted" like some other queens. And Kim is still quite popular, so maybe in a few years she agrees to do it to boost her career.

And I love the other queens, but it feels so right for either Manila or Latrice to win. Such legends.

She had a pretty good run in her original season and she probably doesn't want to ruin that. But who knows in a few years. Or mabe even AS5...

God I have never seen anyone crash out of popularity like Valentina did. I wonder if she’s practised lip synching since then?

She can certainly learn the words this time, but she doesn't have an energetic performance. In a season with Monet, Trinity, Naomi, Latrice... I don't see her winning any lipsync. Maybe only against Farrah.
