Hobgoblin is definitely my favorite villain, but I would save him for the 6th and final film. The appearance of the Hobgoblin and the return of Osborn as Green Goblin would be great for a finale. And now with the development of Harry's costume make them look with their classic looks. They would be the best comic villains on screen and most psychotic ones.

Yes, the BEST Spider-Man villains ever. Imagine them look like that in a film, and I hope Sandman's look has put them on a path to use the classic style of characters. Not that I'm complaining about Octopus, he was most creative character portrayed in a different manner than in the comics (along with Magneto, who is by far the best) and thank god for that. But they had their chance with the Goblin and they blew it, so it's better if they stick to the originals.

But they are dead, too. Don't give me crap about the sample...casual moviegoers don't even realize about that, and this movie is as much about them as it is about the hardcore fans. They wouldn't try and pull that crap on them because they didn't even notice the sample.
