How do you unlock the original Medal of Honor game from the new MOH game?

Put the game in, got to Games on the XMB, and you will see MOH Frontline in a bubble underneath the MOH disc icon . Click on it and it will download.

Is this new game worth buying because I keep hearing a bunch of crap about it.

It's seriously awesome. I think critics have been a bit snobby about this one because the campaign is one of the more enjoyable I've played in the past year, beats out MW2's for me.
