How does one deal with neighbours?

Right now. (12:37 AM) I am listening to someone pounding on my neighbors door, yelling very loudly to "Open this mother****ing door!" and throwing rocks at their windows.
I live in a town house, so when their door is pounded on my house shakes, things fall off of the wall.
How do I fix this?

Not entirely sure if anyone got arrested. But there were 4 cop cars here for a while. They took one of them outside and talked for a while.

you can always call the police for disturbing the peace, especially at that time of night

or you can write about them on rottenneighbor.com

All you can really do is call the cops for disturbing the peace or if you see/hear a crime being committed you can call too. Many times in my apt/condo life I had a lot of crappy neighbors. Just let the police handle it and stay away from them. Never know who they are.
