How early are you coming to the theater?

I always get to the line an hour early, so we can get the best possible seat. I like to check out a movie on its opening weekend, so this has always worked without fail.

Waiting for IMAX sometime during the week after hype goes down. I stood in line for SR in IMAX but can't quite do it for Spidey

I have tickets to the midnight showing tonight, but they changed the time to 11:55pm, but I am sure that this is just so nobody is confused about the day . I'll be leaving my apartment at about 10:50pm.

unfortunately I wont be going to the midnight showing. instead i will be at the local game store picking up the video game. they're having some thing over there at 11:00pm and will be releasing the video game.

I'm going to the 7:00 PM showing on 5/4/07. I'll get there about 6-6:15 to get food. I'll be eating popcorn, coke, gummy bears and twizlers! And as far as trailers go...i don't really care this time around....i just wanna' be plastered in that seat when the marvel picture starts flashing across the screen!!!!! Why would anyone show up 2 hours ahead of time? It would egt boring at the theater. Unless your theater is doing something special or you didn't preorder tickets, then I understand.

I don't know why, but here's a case study:

First time I saw King Kong, I was somewhat disappointed and there was no one around but quiet old people.

When I saw it at night at day later with a packed theater and the audience was having a great time... I loved it.

I don't know why that is, but the audience helps make the experience. Just as long as the audience is responding to the movie- and not to each other.

one of the theaters around where i live is having seating start at 10 for the midnight showing. im not going to that theater but thats crazy early just for people to sit in the theater for 2 hours. but i will more than likely be standing in line where im going for 2 hours so its really a big deal
