How far is Chloe's commute???

In the comics isn't Gotham like it's sister city or at least pretty close by. Well I went and check on Wikipedia and it just depend because Gotham has been describe as Metropolis and Gotham being twin cities and being as far as gundreds of miles apart. And personaly Chloe's commute wouldn't bother me if that much if at all if they didn't show the Talon.

Gotham is still Metropolis's sister city. there's a view of the narrows from offices in the planet.

I think that Gotham's suppose to be like Chicago and Metropolis is like New York City.

Yes. Even though the city itself is based off of Toronto, it's supposed to be akin to NYC. while Gotham is supposed to be akin to Chicago.

No gotham is based on nyc

Finger commented on the naming of the city and reasoning for changing Batman's locale from Manhattan to a fictional city: "Originally I was going to call Gotham City 'Civic City.' Then I tried Capital City, then Coast City. Then I flipped through the phone book and spotted the name 'Gotham Jewelers' and said, 'That's it,' Gotham City. We didn't call it New York because we wanted anybody in any city to identify with it."

Joe Shuster based the skyline off of Toronto where he grew up. The way the city functions however, that's another story. I don't know if there is one right answer.
