Roughly 12 stone (168 lbs), was 13 and a half just about a month and a half ago. :yay:

I weighed myself today, I weigh 240. Which was pretty surprising. I mean, I know I was pretty hefty, but damn. Guess I'm going to have to do something about it.

No shame in being honest. :up: It's tough at first but you'll be surprised at how easier it gets once you get into the routine of cutting certain things out of your diet and allocating a bit of time for exercise every day.

I'm between 200 and 220lbs, though I'm 6'2".

Anyway I'm about 12 stone, think that's 168 pounds.
 
220-240 football in highschool then years of laziness.

Indeed, and losing weight can be very fun. This is what I did, I was pretty hefty, not obese, but just out of shape. I went to the store and loaded up on fruit, protein bars, soy stuff, and nothing else. I went home threw away all unhealthy food in my house and put a lot of money away, so I didn't spend it on food. Then I went to the gym everyday. It's hard at the start, but after a few weeks it starts to become second nature, and fun. I lost 5 pounds in one weekend. Some might say that's too much, but who cares.

I decided to create a plan and I'm going to attempt to stick to it. But I'll be honest, I wouldn't weigh this much if I was able to commit to a plan. So we'll see. It hit me hard though and I really want the change. I think I'm going to take a picture of myself and put it somewhere easily visible, that way every time I think of giving up or slipping, I'll look at that and think "Is this what I want to be like?"

At the time, it was intense. It gets more intense everyday. Elliptical, bike, and lots of weights everyday. I also had nothing but water, apples, bananas, and oatmeal. The great thing is, I find takeout chinese food, McDonald's, etc, completely disgusting. I just won't eat it anymore, and it feels great.
 
In the 100-120 range, not sure how much I weigh. But I know, I'm in that range. I'm a skinny f***.
