Why American's so fat?

Isn't it disgusting? Like every single person I know close to 40 or older is fat. Every single one of them. It's like average to be fat now. What was considered fat 30 years ago is considered skinny today.
Isn't this getting gross?

How many of you are fat? I weigh 160 at five foot five, but I look rather thin. It's mostly muscle and not a lot of fat.

Some of the guys on Ultimate Fighting even look like they have a gut.

that's true, but I was angrier about the starving people. How can we sit here getting fatter and fatter stuffing our faces while those people are living out a tortured existence? We are a selfish nation, while people Bill OReilly act like Americans are so much better than the rest of the world "the good guys, and yes we are the good guys"

Meanwhile Osama bin laden tells children in the middle east that Americans are the reason for millions of starving muslims.

I think America needs to embrace a healthy lifestyle and get rid of these ridiculously fattening foods...

Blame the warlords of the countries with starving people. When the food relief comes in, the hired guns come in and take the food. Starving people armed with sticks, rakes, and other gardening tools can't do squat against a truckful of thugs with AK-47s, M60s and other assault rifles besides giving the thugs something to shoot at.

So how is it the U.S of A's fault that happens? Because some people eat more than others?

And no one has ever explained why "selfish" is so wrong.

Oh, I agree. We consume WAY too much fat as a country. I enjoy some fatty foods but I would never allow myself to get fat. I think all this obesity is disgusting.

it's true their leaders have more wealth than their citizens, kind of like our government leaders are wealtheir than it's citizens. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer.
