I got the impression the ratings are just about where they should be to get a second season. I suspect it could go either way. A couple of strong performing episodes would clinch things.

I'm from the UK and this series hasn't yet been shown and it will never get shown unless it gets good reviews and ratings (inparticular) in the US. I've been downloading every episode as theyre being posted on isohunt.com and I'm loving it so far. There's been a few cringeworthy moments but that's to be expected from a TV series and all in all the series has been amazing and i'd love it to be shown on difital or terrestial television over here. How have the ratings been so far then? Is there anywhere i can get a look at them? It'd be interesting to see how they compare to Buffy and Angel...

I have enjoyed the series thus far and hope there is a second season. It has improved over time although this new Blade's fighting skills leaves much to be desired.
