How much time has passed on Heroes?

This is something thats been bothering me for a while and Im even more confused now after the most recent episode. How much time has passed since the very first episode? Claire was 16 then but we learn in Our Father that she is still 16. Has there really only been a few months since then? It really doesnt make sense to me.

How far back was the flashback episode with Arthur dying and Sylar turning evil?

6 or so months... because just a few days ago in show time, it was a year ago to Six Months Later.

We're in the year 2007 in Heroesverse. The bomb in season one was suppose to go off in November 2006, then the events of season two didn't start until four months after that placing us into March 2007.

I'd say the events of season two all happened within the span of about two or three weeks, so this season is probably all unfolding during Late March/Early April 2007.
