All the Comic book movies have a nice simple shorthand version of their title for simple posting

SR=Superman Returns
BB=Batman Begins
F4-Fantastic Four
GR=Ghost Rider

........and so on

Vote on what we should shorthand this jawbreaker of a title to:woot:

FF/SS sounds good. The second one seems more complicated than the film's title itself.

I'm kinda torn. FF/SS is simple, and straight to the point. But I'm kinda feeling F4: Rise too....

But definitely not going with FF:ROTSS....reminds me too much of the one of the movies the first Fantastic Four film was competing with....Return Of The Sith! LOL :p

My ultimate selection though would be none of the above, in favor of....FF2. ;):up:

*Ahem*..."Revenge". :oldrazz:

F4 : Rise

Sounds like a command given by a greater authority to a robot................

but i'll go with that one anyway.

FF2, if only because we don't know how awkward the title initials for FF3 will be.
FF/SS (or FF:SS) was my initial choice choice.

Definitely not FF:ROTSS because of Lightning's point; I see those initials and "Revenge of the Sith" is all that comes to mind.

And most definitely not F4-anything!
That's already awkward: F4-2, F4-3 :huh: No no no no no

They've been the FF for 45 years, by practically everyone, including themselves, and that's what they should remain.
We're not gonna hear Ben or Johnny refer to their team as "The F4" so why should we?

F-2, sorta like X-2.

F-2: Fantasic Four United!

Fantastic Four: The Last Stand!

Heh - Yeah, seems like most people have been referring to it as FF2 since I can remember.
They are not the F4. They are the FF.
So - FF2.
Put that on a poll as an option and I think it would win.
It doesn't really matter though; I'm calling it FF2 like I have since before it was even green-lit.
FF2 - That's as simple as it gets.

I was trying to include the Surfer in it as well since he gets co-top billing:csad:

Well that's a good point.
What about FF-SS?
or FF2:SS?

MEH. :p

This is a Fantastic Four film. We need to keep them as the focal point. Silver Surfer, Doom, etc. are just guests running around on their playground.

I really think we should go for FF2. But it's not an option on the poll.

FF : ROTSS. In keeping with the epic nature of this film. :woot: TAKE THAT GEORGE LUCAS. :hyper:

I think FF2 would win on another poll.

FF2 without a doubt. X3 is still what most people refer to X-Men: The Last Stand as.

I refer to it as FF 2, as do most I've seen here. Fantastic Four : Rise Of The Silver Surfer, is too much to type. :word:

lol Whenever I abbreviate I just put FF2 as well, people know what it is regardless.

And whatever they call 3, I'll refer to it as FF 3. Just like X-Men, X2, and X3.
