I've been reading a lot of posts around here saying the Joker will probably scar Harvey. I hope he doesn't, if so then whats the point of having Maroni in the movie. I also want it to be the courtroom scene. It always cracked me up in Batman Forever how Batman just suddenly appears in the courtroom but I think Nolan could do wonders with that scene.

hopefully across the face.

I want to see Maroni scar him, but I won´t mind if The Joker ends up scarring Dent

Please don't turn this in to a joke thread. Especially if your jokes are not funny.

Same here. I'd like to see it done sort of like it was in Dark Victory. (I think it was Dark Victory.) Dent has one of Maroni's men on the stand who's supposedly an informant. Dent's pressuring him with questions. The man reaches into his pocket for his heart medicine, and splashes the acid in the bottle in Harvey's face.

Joker.

Then Dent has a revenge motive, leading up to Batman having to protect Joker in 3.

Hopefully.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind it being one of Maroni's henchmen, but I really don't want it to have much to do with the Joker.

Maroni, won't be pissed if it's Joker but I would prefer Maroni.

either Joker or Maroni would be awesome, Maroni for the fact that it would stay true to TLH, and Joker for the fact that it would be so badass.

It was The Long Halloween and he had Maroni himself on the stand not one of his henchmen. And I second that, no reason to change it for the movie in my opinion. I don't want the Joker doing it because I'm hoping for a team-up.

i frankly don't care who does it, how they do it, or where they do it.

(and the across the face was funny)

I think they should honor the source material and have him trip in the kitchen while he's making spaghetti.

Maroni, although the Joker doing it could tie in nicely in the film
