Yea, I definitely think he's behind it, the case has been destroyed, then the scarring is a further bonus. It's win win for him

I've been told in screenwriting that you should keep the name of a character consistent through out the writing. If PROSECUTOR and DENT are supposed to be the same character in this then I think it could be a fake, unless I'm wrong and they're two different characters.
