How to ruin the movie...

I don't know if it will be ruined, but I will be very pissed off if Eddie Brock is killed. He needs to be defeated, seperated from the symbiote, and thrown in jail, to return in the next Spidey movie.

Why can't he just escape and be fought another day? Why must he go to jail for finality to set in? You set in finality, and it becomes rather hard to continue through other movies since you have to waste time showing his jailhouse escape.

And also, because that's how Carnage comes about. The Symboite goes to the jail to get back together with Brock, and it leaves it's "child" behind and it bonds with Cletus Kasady to become Carnage.

He would be R-rated material, and even if you take the PG-13 rating to the max he'll never be the Carnage fans are satisfied with. Yeah, I agree. If Carnage was in a movie, it would have to be rated R, and I don't see them going that way.

They don't really have to tone down Venom, doesn't the Symbiote kind of have a "good side," meaning it doesn't hurt innocent people? He's just obsessed with killing Spider-Man. I remember Venom in the comics usually caring about not hurting innocent people. Keep in mind I read these when I was a kid, so I may not remember perfectly. But the Carnage Symbiote was evil because it was born on Earth, the Venom Symbiote didn't agree with killing random people like Carnage did, this is why Venom teamed up with Spidey to fight Carnage. I sort of remember Carnage throwing a baby or child off a building and Venom saving it.

1. Venom has more than 2 minutes in this movie.

2. Venom isn't quickly killed off and made to look like the joke he is.

3. Sandman killed Uncle Ben (or ANY change to Pete's origin story, really).

4. Norman is alive/Norman boned Gwen.

5. Venom slobbers and drools and looks like the awful McFarlane artwork.

6. Spider-Man gets wrist stingers, and an Iron Man suit.

7. Bruce Campbell's character is killed off, and never becomes Mysterio.

8. Carnage shows up in ANY way whatsoever.

9. Pete takes off his mask in front of hundreds of people AGAIN.

I wouldn't mind him getting sucked into a vacuum. With multiple villians, there's no problem for an early death to be slightly humorous. Of course, however, there would have to be an amazing fight sequence before it.

There's not a lot, mainly because most of the worrying rumors strike me as bull****.... but this is the only major thing that comes to mind, and to be honest that's only because of those fans actually clamoring for it about a year ago.
