How would you do a Flash movie?

I'd like to see Flash done somewhat like Memiors of an invisible man. A very serious look at how a man deals with having speed powers after the accident. Have the villain plan his evil plot early in the movie and fate seem to step in with the lightning in the lab as if nature has created it's own champion. I'd go with Barry because he would work better in an origin story than Wally would. Have him create the suit in the crime lab. Doesn't have to be a flash suit at first just protective gear so he's not found running around naked when his clothes get ripped at mach 4. He does the hero thing around town as like a fun experiment creating the hero look to the costume when he begins to like it and when the villain's plot unfurls on a grand scale we see it dawn on him like a ton of bricks that he's the one man who can do something about it. Give him a golden age DC comic hero as inspiration say Alan Scott.
