Well deserved break. Dude can now relax and eat whatever he wants and take it easy in the gym. And be spoiled for once while that 4 picture deal is settled by his lawyers. :D

Wonder when the facial hair comes off?

I think they will swiftly put an assembly edit together, see they have everything they want, no pick-ups, no re-shoots required and then give the cast a final sign off to go their own ways.

I see Singer, Jennifer, Nicolas, and I think that's Hugh's stand-in/double in the last row on the left next to Hugh's dialogue coach Jess Platt

Isn't that the film with James Marsden in it?

Yep, he plays JFK. Liev Schreiber is in it as well.
Liev plays LBJ - Lyndon Johnson. John Cusak is Richard Nixon, Robin Williams is Dwight Eisenhower, and Alan Rickman is Ronald Reagan. That takes care of all the U.S. Presidents LOL. I've read Marsden was cast as President Kennedy at the last minute.

Shouldn't he have taken them to see "The Wolverine" instead? :woot:

Hey do you guys think they'll use the same special effects to make Jackmen look a little bit younger in this film? let's face it TW you can tell he's starting to age from the time he started playing this role in 1999...

I don't think so. But I wouldn't be surprise if they did.

There's a scene in TW (the rain scene) where it looked like they made Famke look younger.

No, Famke is just that hot. God bless that red-headed Dutch goddess.

Assuming you mean the ones they used on Stewart and McKellan in X3....I think no. But I'm sure they'll do what they can with the old school Hollywood smoke and mirrors (makeup and good lighting) to do what they can. I was thinking they might make him look a bit older if he appears in any of the Future scenes to help contrast things and trick us a bit.

Where is Josh? I dont see him, I do see Bryan tho, next to Nick and Jennifer.

Oh ok. oh wow, he does look like J.Marsden.

I don't think so. Jackman hasn't been hiding his age in his recent films. In The Wolverine he looked rugged and like a mature man.

The explanation can be that he is around 200 years old even in the 70's. So he already looks rugged by then but ages slowly so his look is about the same in the 70's and present day for allowing the time travel conceit to work.

i hope wolverine stops the nightmares now, he seems to be known for having nightmares about everything

Actor Hugh Jackman spreads the love in Montreal
By Aalia Adam

MONTREAL – Australian Actor, Hugh Jackman is definitely leaving his print on Montreal.

Last night, a Parc Avenue pie shop received a surprise visit from “Wolverine” himself. He’s currently in town shooting the sequel to the X-men movie.

Jackman stopped by TA, Montreal’s authentic Australian pie bakery, to pick up 300 pies for the film’s cast and crew.

He even instagrammed and tweeted a picture of himself with the starstruck owners, Don Hudson and his wife Melanie Deslaurier.

On the bakery’s Facebook page they wrote, “Hugh wanted an Aussie experience for the crew, so classic steak mince pies sausage rolls, anzacs, pavs, lamingtons, tim tams. Awesome bloke came up to the van to greet us with his wife.”

That’s not the only gift the movie star has given out recently.

As a thanks to the city Jackman and his wife donated $10, 000 to the Montreal Children’s Hospital.

Good on ya’ mate!

Always nice to see anybody, let alone a celebrity, donate a healthy portion to a good cause. But it seems we've come to expect no less from the Jackmans :D

I've read he also buys lottery tickets for the whole crew every Friday. Does that for all of his movies.

I remember when he was filming Les Mis, a bunch of the "barricade boys" (god, I miss them!) tweeted photos of the tickets. I wonder if anyone has ever won anything big...
