What if Yukio is Psylocke?

Obviously it's different from comics canon, but considering she's now a mutant and we already had a weak Psylocke in X3 I would be more than welcome to that change.

Yukio is a mutant in the movie? That would be awesome if she was secretely Psylocke i was told she kicks butt in the movie.

Original tracking had it around $60 million. New tracking had it between $70-80 Million. Now it looks like it's headed for roughly $55 million. It'll do fine. Probably make around $350 million WW...and it's budget was lower than First Class.

First Class - $140 million after tax rebates.

The Wolverine - $120 million.

It's going to go past $100 million at the domestic box office. First Class managed to get $146 million at the domestic.

One analyst said it may follow Captain America's pattern (which earned $143 million domestic). Not bad. But this film will most likely earn at least $350 million WW.

As for the question, she did die. It was the scene of her, Kid Omega, and Callisto running out of the door of the lab, but only to get blown to dust along with other people on Alcatraz.

Emma in O:W was never canonically intended to be Emma Frost despite an advertisement referring to her by that name. If she were, the name 'Emma Frost' would have appeared in the film itself, so there was nothing to ignore insofar as using the Emma Frost character in First Class.

The Beast thing is so minor as to be a non-issue, and the Trask in X3 was never referred to by his first name in canon, making DoFP's use of the Bolivar Trask character the same type of situation as the Emma Silverfox thing.

Conversely, the Psylocke character who appeared in X3 WAS identified by that name in canon whether people accept her appearance or not.

No, she was identified as Psylocke in the end credits (which 99.9% of the audience never saw). Beast and Shaw were identified BY NAME in X2 and Trask was as well in X3 (Psylocke was never called Psylocke or Betsy Braddock in X3). Emma was referred to by name in the advertisement, in the movie itself (and she used her diamond form) and in the end credits. Sorry, but there is more evidence for the others than for Betsy.

No, I'm not. Lauren Shuler Donner specifically said that the only Emma Frost who exists in the X-Men filmic canon is the one from First Class.

Yes, she was. The film's credits clearly refer to her as Psylocke, and screenwriter Zak Penn, director Brett Ratner, and the actress herself all did likewise.
