I can beat that, I can barely lift a ten-pound bowling ball or make it up the subway steps!I was proud of myself for going on a five-mile bike ride today. I come back here and see that, and sheesh...what the hell was I doing today?![]()
Idunno I'd hit it. But maybe that's because it's HJ.hhh, I find these type of pics disgusting.
its not sexy, either funny, at least to me.
But props to Hugh for such a hard work, for sure!
Man, shoot.
4 plates on each side, plus the bar. Must be 405 lbs.

Can we assume that Wolverine won't have his [blackout]adamantium claws[/blackout] during the future scenes of the movie, or that we'll at least see them return?
I've been going to the gym, and have been impressed with my dedication (I've gained some muscle and burned fat, although not completely, nor anywhere near done)...but seeing that made me feel like crap. LOL
You should watch Henry Cavill and Antje Traue's workouts for MOS as well, you'll really feel bad. Those three are beasts.

From the wise words of Wolverine himself..."If the bar aint bendin you're just pretendin..." get your weight up broski! (just kidding.)

t:As much as I'd like to see him keep the bone claws (I love them), I think that it is likely that Magneto will give him back the Adamantium.
I was pretty blown away by Hugh's physique in the Wolverine. From the promo images I thought he was a lot leaner or less massive than he was in prior films but but he looked pretty damn jacked (man) in the film.
He's definitely great gym motivation.
Yeah I read that but i take it with a grain of salt. He probably drank very very little but 36 hours of no liquids would really put you in bad state.
The truth is some of hugh's fitness regiments that he's described would be pretty unhealthy for the average person to emulate. Like him saying he was consuming 6000 cals a day at one point. The thing is he has the best people and specialists (supplements) to work with.
This "breakdown" is a riot, photo analysis and all. And it says he's lifting about 463 lbs.

Yea Even Hugh says "Kids dont try this at home." in the interview. He can be gym motivation because he looks great and packed on a lot of muscle, but the way he went about achieving it isnt neccesarily healthy.
