haha its all good, the video isnt mine...whoever made it has some serious video editing skills.

That video:shock

Is it possible we could ever see Hugh in full costume? Is it needed? Could it ever work? Could they pay homage to it at least in DoFP in some way?

They way wolverine's clothing seems to be dissapeaing with every film it's more likely he'll be fighting in his underwear in the next film than a full on costume lol

Is that a naked Oscar nominee in our barn, yes it is.

Haha true he does seem to be wearing less rather than more these days.

Those ladies need their naked Hugh fix:whatever:

Was bored on youtube and found this [YT]aSG25nGIOng[/YT] 5 mins of pure badassery right there...And yea Wolverine in the comics had a ridiculous amount of muscle and so did Hugh in this movie...He looked like he was ripped straight out of a comic book page, when he walks toward Shingen before their fight he looks like an angry pitbull.
That's a classic Wolverine moment I think. That scene makes you go "Oh oh this ain't ending well for Shingen". And that scene contains Jackman's best physique. He's been saying that and I agree, just insanely impossibly cut, a bodybuilding achievement.

I wonder if he will go for such a highly defined look for DOFP.

Man I loved that scene...He comes stalking forward veins popping out of his arms, and the most menacing grimace on his face Shingen tries to attack...Logan knocks him over and just keeps stalking forward...As skilled a swordsman as Shingen is even with two swords he could do nothing but backpedal and try to defend himself while Logan bullrushes him...Intense stuff.

At least until you thaw enough for them to close it properly. :oldrazz:

Oh dear Lord...now people are complaining that Jackman was too jacked in The Wolverine? Wow...just wow... I thought he looked awesome in the film
I wasnt complaining persay, espiecally since I havent seen the actual movie TW yet just the trailers and posters. He just dosent have to be ripped to be Wolverine it was a little to much for me and I loooove a guy with muscles. Im not saying I hate it or anything, of course others would love it.

What character exactly do you think he is playing? He's playing the wolverine.

Wolverine is supposed to be a bundle of muscles. He's not some male model figure or anything. He's supposed to look more ferocious and vicious than aesthtically pleasing than anything. It's just that Hugh's a good looking guy so ppl unfamiliar with the comic character don't realize this.

Hugh doesn't have muscles, have you seen TW? Plus, how attractive Logan is in the comics largely depends of the artist.

I see Hugh has discovered Instagram... :oldrazz:

I love that New Xmen cover, its so sexy. I understand which character hes playing but Wolverine isnt all veiny is what im saying the muscles are cute, just the veins bulging looks kind of nasty to me. Like i said before Im not saying its a bad thing I just thought his body in X1 was fine and he didnt look like a male model there either.

If an actor tried to get that big, there is a good chance that they would either die, or never be able to have kids, if you catch my drift.

What?

Well as long as his diet is healthy (which I think it is) then there's no problem with exercising/working out too much as long as you balance healthy eating and exercising. And actually exercising is VERY GOOD for older people.

I don't understand how any woman (or anyone else) can complain about Jackman's body. He is 44 freakin years old and looks truly amazing. I enjoy looking at his glorious body but to each their own.

I meant the massive steroid use that you'd need to get as big as Logan is in that panel with Jean.

Well Hugh Jackman doesn't use steroids. Its all natural!

I'll never understand caring about actors using steriods? They aren't cheating at a sport that banned it or anything.

Were Henry Cavill and Hugh Jackman the same size? Because Henry looked amazing in MOs and like I said I havent seen TW,if it looks like that then its ok, im just going off the pics of him working out veins popping. Im a guy and I do like muscles just not to many muscles, to much can look nasty.

I sort of feel the same way but the negative effect is that it often creates false senses of achievable body images. Whereby these actors talk about packing on 30 pounds of muscle in 3 months "only eating chicken" but your average guy who tries to emulate that in reality without the "extra stuff" never gets there at all and wonders why?

It's a bit like Pamela anderson or something saying she has a fully natural body any woman could achieve.

There was a guy just on on the conan thread totally convinced you could achieve arnold shwarzennegers body naturally...

I care about actors using steroids because they can die from them (the guy who played Bane in B&R took too many and died). Also, Hugh is plenty big, saying that he should achieve some ridiculous CB physique is absurd.
