That's beef man!
Alright lets make this quick and painless. Because she did not vote, Kmack is unanimously voted off. Kmack...

Also, 2 votes are posted against Jewhob for posting twice while on Exile Island. These can come up in future tribal councils in case of a tie.
This shows that I had the votes counted against me, but not included in the actual tribal councel, thus, the same should be said here.
I honestly do not mean to sound disrespectful, and I acknowledge that I messed up. I have a horrible memory, but that isn't an excuse. I deserve the votes against me in the event of a tie. But as I said, Matt says he decided how he did to be fair... but I believe what I stated is the true fair call. I respect Matt and his decisions, but I'm hoping he realizes that he made a mistake on that call, same as I made a mistake on my posting.
JewHob and I got hosed![]()
Neither of you were screwed, you were in fact the exact opposite. Screw involves a breaking of a rule. In this case one of your fellow players followed the rules to a T and has used it to his advantage.
Its my party and I will cry if I want to
I could make the point though that it was your refusal to reverse of a decision you made (the challenge eliminating `1 not 2 challengers) that led to my castaway, while I was put in that situation because you DID reverse a decision you made (to allow Teddy's prize count).
While one could argue that Teddy's prize gave me a chance to save myself, so I should not complain about it - it also made me a huge target, especially at this point in the game. If you were going to take that out, one could argue you should of taken the whole round out.
My head just exploded. Can I reply to this in the morning?
The essential difference is, your two posts were never a majority. That was the issue here. It was a gray area not addressed in the rules. Did Exile Island mean you couldn't be voted against or couldn't be voted off? The ghost host and I, considering opinions from other players (more than Erz, by the way) decided that it was the former, not the latter.
Matt said:2) My second announcement of the day is a new addition to this game. Anyone who has seen the past few seasons of Survivor is familiar with something known as "Exile Island". Each time a tribe loses, the opposing tribe will select a member to send to Exile Island. This member will not get to vote in tribal council (also, they will not be able to be voted off) and they will not be permitted to take part in the next day's challenge (they will return to their tribe following it). How will I keep them from doing the challenge, you ask? There are moles in this game, like last game. I have AT LEAST 2 in each tribe. So if you cheat, I will know. Unlike last game, there is no benefit to hunting down the moles (although the mole may recieve bonus points if they make it to the end), the moles will not try to destroy your tribe like last game...they are there simply for my benefit and are a player like the rest of you. So behave and no forwarding the challenge PM to our exiles or I'll know and you will be removed from the game. Oh, did I mention that on Exile Island there is a hidden immunity idol that can be used at any point in the game? It is hidden somewhere on this board and you will be given a clue on how to find it each time you go. The idol can be used once anywhere up until the final four. If you get it, no one will know but you and the people you choose to tell.
I reply with this...
That was in the beginning of the Day 2 thread. Your stated rules say that I cannot get voted off. Even if they are my votes, I still can't get voted off the island. That is directly from you, THE official rule.
I'm not seeing the adamant task of sending me home this week. I messed up, punish me, but punish me within your rules. Add those 5 posts as votes for future ties. Heck, add votes for these arguments I've been posting (save the one you said I could), but according to the rules that you put into play, I should not being going home this week.
It's not ignoring, it's forgetting.
And if this is your final decision, then fine. I think it's bad hosting (and ghost hosting). You cannot take a rule and bend it to make it fit the situation. I cannot get voted off. Me having more votes than the others and going home for it is me getting voted off. I've hosted Contest of Marvels for over a year now and never once have I bent a rule, or punished a player for entering a grey area. If anything a grey area was my failure for not clarifying in the first place.
I think anyone here will agree that I'm not the type of person who just goes and rebels against rules. I've not done it in any previous survivor games, I've not broken any rules in any other games I've played (Contest of Marvels, DTL, Marvel RPG, etc.). I do everything by the book. The two times I broke this rule is simply due to forgetting, and yes, I agree that I should be punished, but your level of punishment here is absurd. You are breaking your own rules! You never stated that amassing votes is differant from actual votes, you simply said I can't be voted out.
You're smart Matt, you always have been. The only thing I see here is that either 1) You're letting other people influence your common sense, 2) you have something personal against me (don't know why that would be though), or 3) your cheating for someone else (I highly doubt this one too, it's not you).
I'm not ragging on you Matt, but I know you can see what I"m talking about. I've not called you out on anything before, though there were things I thought coudl have been handled better. I think you've done a decent job thus far, but this is rediculous. If you can't make your rules and stick to them, and if you can't go a game without bending them (because that's what this is), then you shouldn't be hosting.
