Mee, you forget I'm a moderator and can see when you are and aren't online. You were online at least once prior to the deadline. It takes all of 30 seconds. But I'm not holding it against you. You had **** going on, other stuff on your mind. I get that...but thats just how it goes and for now, it cost you the game.

The thing that bugs me is that you went from a tie-breaker between 2 people to a tie breaker between 3 people.

But I understand that what is done is done.

From this point on, a tie will be determined by yahoo chess. Winner is safe. In the case of a tie consisting of more than two people getting votes, it will be done tournament style. If an odd number of people are involved, the player with the least amount of votes will get a first round bye.

So you decided this sucked enough to not let it happen again, but not to do anything about it. That's cool.

For example, say next round it is

5 votes Marx

5 votes SuBe

and 1 vote Squirrel

If Marx beats SuBe and SuBe beats Squirrel, Squirrel is eliminated. We simply decided on a universal challenge type.
