After the destruction of both The Elitists and T.H.E.M, JJJ has an idea. What if they were to make a group like the Elitists, but instead of it being invite only, everyone can join... like T.H.E.M. DS is skeptical at first, but eventually he decides to join JJJ and they create an empire.
