Venom's not exactly like in the comics. In fact, if he was a black Spider-Man it would have been a hundred times better. I hope he's wrong.

Either he meant that the fangs looked fake and they just covered them up or that it was just that Venom wore fake teeth instead of real fangs. Doesn't know which.


Probably that the fangs were real but were simply removed.

That last part jives with what the AICN spoiler summary of the film said (the one Sony forced them to remove) - Venom only shows up for the final action sequence. Hmmmm.

This doesnt surprise me. I posted a hypothesis over 2 weeks ago about this same thing, how I am afraid its JUST going to be anti-Spider Man, and not be Venom... no tongue, no teeth, no tendrils... just Topher in a black costume...

not what i heard.. unless theres 2 versions.. venom with brock and venom without.. live ive been told..

venom i was told has the white teeth.. and elongated jaw and tongue

Well, you know, there's plenty of reason for us to already be disappointed about Venom's treatment in this film. I mean,

the dude only shows up for ONE action sequence, a sequence in which THREE OTHER PEOPLE are participating already so he won't even be the focus. Plus, Eddie supposedly dies right on-screen at the end, even though the symbiote doesn't, which kinda means that bringing Venom back would be... essentially impossible. Carnage, maybe (who sucks), but not the true Venom. Without Eddie, it's not really Venom.
