I don't know why I find pictures of Brooke Diamond, when googline for Michael Bell, but it makes me happy. What is Bell most known for?

I know most posters here over 30 would know him from tons of 80s/early 90s toons. He was also on the first episode of STAR TREK:TNG if memory serves. He was the administrator of the Farpoint station.

I knew where the quote was from when I bought it and I really liked the added bit. I figure she's just a ***** who thought I was just some idiot who wouldn't understand any type of historical context.
