I wouldn't discredit PhoenixFaith. She was sure of what she saw. What I said was, that a roomful of people trumps one person's view of a hand. I don't know how to explain it: perhaps it's more likely that The Joker painted his hand white than it is to suggest that any image of white make-up running off of The Joker's flesh-tone face is A) A figment of anyone who saw it's imagination, or B) actually flesh-tone make-u streaming down from a place where The Joker wouldn't have even applied it.
I'm all for the people who are open-minded, and say "I'll see how this develops, it could go either way." I'm even alright with the people who believe his skin is permawhite. What irks me are the people who are not only adamant that his skin is DEFINITELY white, but treat anybody who thinks it's make-up as if they're idiots. All this "How many times do I have to beat it into your head," and "How ******ed are you that you can't grasp this simple concept", and "all these crybabies won't accept the clear fact that his skin is white..."
I see what you're saying, but I don't think it's as simple as that. I mean, most of what people saw at Wizard World were quick glimpses. Therefore, even a roomfull of people aren't necessarily more valid than a single person in this case. I agree with all other points, though.
