I hate Cable. I never understood his popularity. I can't stand his story being a son of a clone taken to the future. I hate the whole half cyborg thing. Gives me a headache just thinking about him.

So anyway. I vented a little on one of my most hated X-Men. There has to be someone that drives you nuts. Go ahead and let it all out.

Hmm...
I guess I hate Jean Grey. She's so darned perfect. And as Phoenix, I don't really like that she's invincible. Makes her all the more boring if you ask me.

I hate Cable and Rachel Summers/Grey whatever her name is. Both are second string bland characters.

Ugh! You know who else I hate? X23. One word: redundant. No offense to her fans, but I just don't see why we need a female rip-off of Wolverine.

I hate Emma Frost.
I hate Wolverine.

I hate Angel. Or Archangel. Or whatever he calls himself nowadays.

I love X-23 because, frankly, I'm getting sick of having Wolverine shoved down my throat. Between the movie, Hulk Vs, two animated series this year and I don't even want to count all the books he's in, few characters are as over-exposed.

I don't hate him, I'm just sick of him.

I hate Iceman. Partly because I have an aversion to the cold, partly because the over-powered he gets, the less ice-like his powers become. Also, the miles of twisting ice-ramps winding through the air supported only by a single base makes me facepalm.

Yeah, there's a pretty vocal group of Gambit haters out there claiming he was the worst thing that came out of Marvel in the 90s. I think he's a great character cuz he's not as defined by his powers as most of the X-Men are.

That's part of the reason that I like him: He would still be a great character even if he didn't have his powers. You can't say that about many characters.
And don't be shocked batboy. You knew that at some point someone would confess a hatred for Gambit. As a general rule, the more popular a character is, the more detractors they tend to have. Gambit is no exception.

I hate Emma Frost
I hate Wolverine when he's not a supporting character
I hate Kyle&Yost :o

I don't hate her...but I never liked Kitty.........don't hurt me please...

:( The Gambit haters make me teh sad. (LOL! Not really.)

I don't like:
Cable
Jean
Cyclops
Sunspot

My reasons for Cable have already been stated by the OP. Cable is confusing.

I only tolerate Jean and Cyke in Evo, sometimes even like them a little, but everywhere else they're as bland as sugarless cake. They were a TINY bit more interesting in the movies, but not much.

Sunspot...long story there.

I used to actually hate him in Evo because I didn't want him to get together with Rahne because I 'ship Sam and Rahne like...insanely. Then I kinda got over hating him and now
just dislike him. He's too full of himself and stuff (Plus his codename sounds lame to me.
Sunspot? Ooh, scary.), but I have actually used him in stories since I now just dislike him.

Hmm...anyone else? Oh, there's Magik, but that's more of personal thing for me. Magik/magic itself shouldn't even be in the X-Men universe because it's more about science, IMO. She should've stayed dead. Same thing with Daytripper, but ironically I think her codename is cool sounding.

Sometimes I like Wolverine and even include him in stories, but overall am pretty tired of seeing the character everywhere. At least Hugh Jackman makes him seem cool and likeable.

I hate Emma Frost.

And I'm glad to see I'm not the only one.

I hate Professor X.

More so I hate Prof. X of the past couple of years, when he just comes off as a whiney and annoying prick.

But the only upside, is that his change of character, helped make Cyclops come off like a badass.

Wolverine would be so much less hated if he wasn't in 57 books a month.

I, too, more or less hate Cable, never liked Bishop either.

:wow: I just came in here to say the same thing. I can't stand Cable and have never cared for Bishop either.

Yeah Wolverine's been over-publicized. He's been so overused that he invented the term "Wolverine Publicity" with fictional characters.

I don't hate him, but I never quite understood the love for Cable.
