I hate Emma too. SO overrated imo. And gets way too much attention.
And Wolverine is over-publicized, but he is a good character so I don't hate him. I just wish Marvel would stop pimping him out and pay attention to other characters (*cough*Gambit among others*cough*).

Ugh! You know who else I hate? X23. One word: redundant. No offense to her fans, but I just don't see why we need a female rip-off of Wolverine.

I love X-23 because, frankly, I'm getting sick of having Wolverine shoved down my throat. Between the movie, Hulk Vs, two animated series this year and I don't even want to count all the books he's in, few characters are as over-exposed.

I don't hate him, I'm just sick of him.

Why the hate for Cable? He's the don. The excuse of him being "too confusing" isn't good enough, it makes it appear that people hate him without reading anything about him, and I ****ing HATE when people hate characters without reading anything about them. He's a great character these days.

I actually started to get a annoyed with Wolverine too.. but I'm actually liking him for a change in X-Force. I think making him leader is showing a different side of him than normal at least.

Emma Frost I like too but then I never liked Scott with Jean. She always made him seem like a sap and he should have dumped her ass years ago.

I guess I would have to say Cyclops. He's always seemed to judgemental and bland to me. I used to always root for Mr. Sinister everytime agains Cyclops because he is my favorite villain and Cyclops is my least favorite X-man.

I can only speak for myself.
I don't necessarily hate Emma per se. I just don't like her too much. I feel that she is overrated by the X-writers and that she gets way more attention than she deserves (being the new Playboy bunny of Cyclops) when there are much more interesting and even more popular characters that are hardly getting any attention at all. I guess I feel like the writers love her so much and are trying to force the rest of us to love her too.
So you see, my reasons for disliking Emma have very little to do with her as a character. But there ya go.

So, what are the primary reasons for hating Emma Frost? Seriously, I'm interested to know.

Well, I don't hate Emma, but what bothers me about her is that she has this sense of entitlement that I don't think she deserves. She never should have been headmistress of the school, and shouldn't be leading the X-men or mutants in anyway. Just because she's sleeping with Scott doesn't mean she should have all this power.

People are also frustrated with how much focus she gets in more than one X-title. Many people resent the Emma/Scott priority that many books get. And she's snobby, lol.
