Batman Begins I hate batman begin costume

I admit that does look pretty cool. But I just couldn't see it in the world Nolan has created for his films. Another film franchise? Sure. But not in Nolan's, no way. Why do you guys act like that's a bad thing though?

I agree it might be too late to change the costume.:csad:

I changed the color of that pic for blue and it still nice.

Still not for it in the current films, but that's a really nice shade of blue. This could be the first time I've seen the blue outside of hand drawn comics or animation where it actually looked good. As far as computer generated models go, I actually like that more than the AA suit. Nice job.

Would it be too much of a hassle to request you change the belt back to yellow? That would, like, be my desktop till the end of time. :D

Awesome work on the pic, for some reason i prefer the blue belt to the yellow. in terms of the picture, not generally speaking of course.

I Have to admit I also prefer the Blue Belt I think the yellow one is too flashy compare to the rest of the body.

I agree, as I prefer the darker toned belts myself. I won't complain about the comics' yellow belt, because it works for that inker or artist that are doing it.

Even though I still HATE the TDK suit and rubber suits in general, why couldn't this have been done to at least show that something from comics were still there? It has the protection everyone seems to desire but looks more like Batman than the Begins or TDK suit ever did. That, and no man-bra, so that's a plus.

because they were really interested in making a suit close to the costume.

What costume? When I look at the TDK suit I don't see Batman at all, the ears, cape, fins, etc. aren't enough to compensate for whatever the geometric patterns are doing to my now epileptic mind. The above suit would have been perfect for those that wanted the armor look and for those that wanted something that resembled the comics a little better. I still hate the rubber armor idea but at least it would have been a start of something better. The TDK suit is just an amalgamation of Robocop and The Green Goblin, there is no Batman in it in my opinion, let alone that Batman doesn't need a man-bra to fight crime so getting rid of that is a good start in my opinion also.

i agree. im my opinion the makers of this movie have nothing but contempt for Batman.
"His costume is so silly we are gonna put him in heavy armor."
"Permawhite Joker is soo silly we'll just make it a guy with messed up make up."
Everywhere i turn i hear them putting down the books

Here's a start. It's a traditional costume with obvious amor underneath. Now, before people start ripping this apart his is just a thought, anything like this idea could and should have been accomplished by now rather than going with black rubber for the eighth time .

I am NOT a BB-TDK-costume-hater. But thisis a look I'd love.

Thank you. I am not a BB costume fan and most definitely a TDK-costume-HATER for sure, but I think the above costume would do very nicely to mix what comic fans would like to see as well as the realism that Nolan fans want. A cloth-like material over the BB or TDK suit, or over any protective under-armor for that matter, would make Batman look more like what he is supposed to while keeping him looking big and protected. Maybe for the third one we'll get a Batman that isn't decked out in rubber from head to toe for what will be the ninth time.

not gonna happen....people were wishing for that for TDK

Not sure how you can say this with such certainty.

The not gonna happen part of the fact that people want something other than whatever we got in TDK? I for one wanted something closer to the comic look and less rubbery and armor like because the BB suit in and of itself looked bulky and rubbery just like the previous movies had. Also, it seemed like Batman was just starting out in BB so an odd costume worked but a more "Batman" costume should have been used for when he was fully involved with his mission of being Batman. Basically, seeing more rubber, geometric plates, a man-bra, and concentrating on the fact that as long as you have a protective suit you can be a hero is the wrong diretion I wanted Batman to go in. Again, this is just piont of veiw.

because I have been on these boards before the pics of the TDK batsuit came out and everyone was wishing it was closer to the original....i dont see Nolan going with a comic faithful suit in Batman 3

Honestly, do you do anything on here but complain about the batsuit?

I try very hard to not attack someone on a personal level and keep all my comments to the topic not the person, however with that said, where do you get off asking what I'm doing in this room? It's a "I hate batman begin costume" thread, what would like me to talk about the political problems North Korea? I dislike the Begins suit and dispise the TDK one, and wouldn't you know it, I found a room where I could actually voice my opinion about my dissapointment. Until I see something other than a rubberized monochromatic suit, or that S&M gear he wore in TDK, I will always complain about it. Now only if there was a place where I could voice my opinion about hating the costume. Oh, wait, there is, and I'm in it. If you don't like reading my distaste about the costume in the thread made for that purpose than I suggest one of two things, either don't bother me with less than needed comments or find another thread that does not rip apart the costumes. Now, if this wasn't directed towards me than I apologize for taking it personally and taking it out on you. However, even if it wasn't at me or my comments I still suggest you understand the point of the thread and not ask questions that would go completely in the opposite direction of that purpose.

no i also spread child pornography, Trafficking in human persons and the overall degradation of women

Here's the kicker, if you did do any one of those things and were writing in threads designed for that EXACT thing, I wouldn't go there and wonder why, I would expect to see that topic being discussed over and over again. But hey, that's just me using common sense again. By the way, good look on those endeavors. lol

it was a jab towards the poster since he made it seem that posting how much u dislike the batsuit in the "I dislike the batsuit" thread is akin to evil

I swear I have tried, I honestly can't make sense of the bolded sentence. That said, I would like something more traditional as well. I was just saying don't give up hope you never know how the next costume will play out.
