can someone tell me is the director re-doing the batman films cause in the older batman it shows how the joker is killed and in the end he dies and the dark knioght is a prequile so wouldnt this movie be contradicting the other movie dont get me wrong i think the new batman will kick ass and i think it will be better than the older ones

No, he's remaking them.

I can't wait for Batman & Robin

1. Nolan Batman movies nothing to do with Burton/Schumacher Bat movies.

2. BB and TDK ain't prequels.

3. Jack Napier isn't The Joker.

4. The Joker didn't kill Wayne's parents, it was Joe Chill.

5. It's new franchise.

6. I hope this helps.

7. *Goes away to watch Batman Begins*

You see, when they make movies about a popular character they make a lot of money. Remakes, prequels, vague sequels, you name it, the reason is the potential profits.

Have you been under a rock for the past 4 years?

to be fair to this guy, even some of the media thought that batman begins was a prequel.

I know which was dumb.

Fortunately w/ the Joker’s inclusion in TDK it will fix this situation and the dumbass mainstream press will finally realise that these films have f**k all to do w/ the old franchise and they are in fact a reboot.

What is the f***ing problem? I'm sorry, but I am sick and tired of this s***. What is so difficult to understand? Batman Begins has nothing to with the Burton/Schumacher movies. NOTHING. ZERO. ZILCH. ZIP. The Burton/Schumacher movies are DEAD. They've been dead for 10 years now. DEAD. ASHES TO ASHES. DUST TO DUST. What is wrong with the media that they can't for the life of them grasp the simple concept of a restart?
