I need your coloring help!

This is what my friend came up with for a character. She doesn't believe in that style of art really but I truly think it's beautiful and she did a wounderful job. I know it's not a superhero art but I've been watching you guys and you guys rock with coloring. I was woundering if someone could touch this with coloring or guide me to a better website maybe that does that stuff?
