What are the best/worst/hilarious movie theories that were talked about for any Marvel film?

One that constantly came up was the idea when Xavier is looking through all the mutants early in X2, there is a blink and you miss it scene of Gambit.

Stuff like that...

Or how for sure Lizard was going to appear in Spider-Man 2.

The Lizard was planned for Spider-Man 2, as was the Black Cat. Doctor Octopus was originally planned to be in Spider-Man 1 alongside the Goblin.

Also, Gambit was due to be in X2 very briefly - James Bamford - just not in that scene.

Not a stupid theory, but a lot of people were speculating that either Bruce, Alfred, or Lucius would die in The Dark Knight Rises. Not gonna lie, any of their deaths might have improved the movie a little bit.

Before the release of The Avengers, there were toy ads and stuff that didn't give away what kind of aliens Loki's army were, they would say stuff like "Iron Man vs. [REDACTED]!" and some people actually thought the aliens would be called the Redacted

Luke Cage was in The Incredible Hulk is a strange one i've seen. Although it does have a bit of merit. There is a black guy with a yellow shirt and gold chain who the camera focuses on when the rampage through Harlem is going on. More of a nod to the fans than anything.

It got reported online that Star-Lord was going to contact Iron Man with a distress call in Iron Man 3 and the movie would end with Iron Man flying into space with his outer-space armor to answer it.

Also, another report said that Tony Stark was going to knock up Maya Hansen in Iron Man 3 and have a baby with her.
