Only for the sheer fact I could only imagine the costume design for bats would be...I honestly feel like it would closed to 1966 bats than anything recent...and although I loved 1966 bats it wouldn't fit in the cw universe.

With Flash travelling through different earths they could easily introduce a more experienced Batman on the Arrow, Flash, Legends world. Without obstructing the movies or Gotham.

They could have Lyla get her out on a work release program where she'd work for A.R.G.U.S. as an asset, much like the Suicide Squad except voluntary, only this gets around their embargo.

Which still would not make her into anything other than a black hat villain. Fine if you want to do Suicide Squad, absolutely useless for creating the Birds of Prey. Which are composed of, you know, *heroes*.

On Kara's Earth Bruce and Thomas Wayne's ship sank and Thomas Wayne sacrificed himself in the lifeboat so Bruce could live. Bruce spent 5 years on Corto Maltese before returning to Gotham City.
Later Martha Wayne was killed by The Joker. Bruce's rallying cry is "You have failed Gotham City."
