Stephenie Rogers was given the super soldier serum and became Captain America. She fights the Red Skull and her minion General Hydra. She works for SHIELD occassionally with Nicole Fury and is often partner with SHIELD agent Shane Carter. During WWII she was partnered with Jane Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes. Until Bucky was thought to have been killed by Baroness Zemo.
Stephenie was frozen during WWII on accident but was found and unfrozen by Tonya Stark, the Iron Woman, and her Avengers.
Francine Castle was a good cop until her husband and daughter were killed on the street by some drug addict. Now she spreads her justice on the streets of New York as the Punisher. Wilhelmina Fisk is her biggest enemy. But what would be her criminal name? Would it still be the Kingpin, or the Queenpin? I don't know. Or perhaps Kingpin is just to throw people off. Another enemy is Bullseye, AKA Leslie.
Bullseye is often the enemy of another heroine, the Daredevil. Daredevil is actually Matilda Murdock. Matilda is a lawyer in New York's Hell's Kitchen. She and her parnter, Felicia "Foggy" Nelson, have a small and almost unsuccessful firm. Her mother, Jill Murdock, was a boxer. On the night of her fight with Carla "Crusher" Creel (the future Absorbing Woman) and with her daughter in the crowd Jill ignored the order she had been given to throw the fight. She was later killed for it. Turns out her mother's killer was actually the Kingpin. Matilda, for a while, dated her firms secretary Ken Page. Ken later became a drug addict and died because of it. She has a sort of relationship with Haimon (or Hektor), an sometimes assassin originally sent by the Kingpin to kill Daredevil.
