If WWH beats The Sentry no more debate for the hulk

It's kind of funny in that I was actually just discussing whether Hulk could beat the Flash* and the other guy was like "well the Flash could just run back in time and beat up Bruce Banner," and I was like "yeah but then the Hulk would probably just like, punch his way back in time and beat up Wally West or some ridiculous **** like that."

I had no idea that was an actual thing that he's actually done.

They're stupidly overpowered but they don't have that "Super Strength / Super Speed solves every conceivable problem with which I might ever be confronted" factor that the Flash and the Hulk both do. Like there is basically no problem that it is impossible to imagine the Hulk solving by punching said problem in the face. Angry space-god? Punch him in the face. Antimatter quantum-singularity? Punch it in the face. Temporal paradox? Punch it in the face.

Conversely, the Flash is basically the same, except with super-speed. Vengeful space-god? Run really fast at it. Temporal paradox? Run really really fast at it. Antimatter quantum-singularity? Run really fast at it, while vibrating.

I mean at least when Goku or somebody wants to travel back in time he has to go get an actual scientist to build him a time machine, instead of just like running real fast all up in Time's face. Or I mean hey there's that once in a while where somebody dies and they actually have to go get their actual deus ex machina and wish him back to life, instead of like, punching Vegeta's soul until they've kung-fu'd him back into corporeal existence.

Hell you could probably put the Flash and the Hulk in I don't know, a knitting contest, and the Hulk would punch the ball of yarn until it knitted itself into a sweater, while the Flash made a queen-sized Afghan by spinning really fast.

edit: I seem to recall seeing a pic recently of War standing over an unconscious Hulk. Of course, thqat didn't happen in WWH, so it probably doesn't count. LOL

The strongest person in the MU is whichever character any particular writer decided is the strongest character at that moment...someone could write a book where Puck beats the holy hell out of Galactus, doesnt mean that he's always and forever the strongest character in the MU...so sorry to burst your little fanboy bubble

I just wanna say WWH is great and has got me getting into more MARVEL comics since I'm a DC fan over MARVEL

that said I LOVE THE HULK

I think he's the best in the Marvel Universe and should beat everyone and In my opinion the WWH should end with HULK realizing what he's done and leave EARTH

I was hoping for more destruction throughout New York. The Baxter Building should have been toppled over imho. No matter how you look at it, it was the Illuminati who set into motion the events that led to this war. They built the space ship, they put the Hulk inside it. They should have foreseen the possible damage he'd inflict.

If Hulk fanboys want to jump for joy for asterisks next to some of Hulk's victories i.e Strange/Zom, Surfer, Juggs, etc. then so be it. Until he can beat Galactus straight up then and only then will I say he is the baddest dude alive.
