...who would you pick to repower? I'd have Wind Dancer and Jubilee back, for starters.

I'd have Wind Dancer without a doubt. She was an integral part of New X-Men and that book is not the same since she left the school.

Oh gosh. I know I'll get yelled at, but when the hell did Wind Dancer leave? I don't read the current New X-men comics. In fact, I'm actually just beggining. But yeah, I would definately have her back.

Jubilee, Rictor, Marrow (I think she lost her powers) and Chamber (I'm not sure what powers he has now)

Marrow, Jubilee, Wind Dancer, Chamber (in a much better and not so lame way.)

I always love Sofia and Jubilee to come back. They have so much potential, esp. Sofia's love life and Jubilee discovering more potential in her powers.

Chamber us really questionable at this point in his repowered state i mean. I mean Apocalypse? Okay.

Gotta go with Jubilee. I wouldn't mind undoing the depowering in general, but she's the only one I really miss, now that Chamber's sorta back.

Is Mondo still alive?... If so, I vote him and Chamber. Hell, I'd even resurrect Synch if I could.

Jubilee, Chamber, and Moonstar...oh and Roctor....:yay:

Mondo is alive and still has his powers. he is just in limbo

Dani Moonstar. I have no idea why Kyle & Yost thought it'd be a good idea to depower her. She'd make a much better leader/mentor than Emma Frost.

Jubilee. The girl's been a mainstay since the late 80s. You don't just ditch her, especially with so few members of Gen X around.

Holy crap, I forgot about Magneto and Xavier. Yeah, I'd definitely repower at least Magneto. Depowered Xavier is proving to be kind of interesting over in Uncanny and I want to see how that turns out.

I meant to say Danielle Moonstar, I don't know why I said Karma, I hate her.
Eh, those two are practically joined at the hip.

Marrow's not depowered, we've seen her with her bone protusions in Gen M.

As to who I'd pick, Dani Moonstar, Sofia Mantega (Winds Dancer :'() and Jubilee of course... seems we're all pissed at those three getting the axe :p

I belive people deliberately forget about Magneto and Xavier because they've lost their powers in the past and they got them back, or they died and came back so many times it's common sense they will again. I'd also add Wanda to the list, but I know she is not depowered... I mean, she might be able to turn down other mutant's powers... but herself??? I really doubt her powers are gone, they're probably dormant (can't wait for New Ave 26 :p)

I read somewhere that Marrow IS depowered, but still has bone protrusions. Not sure if this is true...but it does seem like some f-ed up thing Marvel would do.

I want Marrow, Ceceila (is she depowered...or dead...or in limbo?), Moonstar, SOFIA, and Jubes.

Although, Sofia did leave right on time. At least she didn't die.

I would bring back Nightcrawler's brothers:
Abyss
Kiwi Black

Two very interesting characters that were thrown by the wayside and then used as cannonfodder for M-Day

I'd give Polaris her natural powers back.

Wildchild was never a mutant....so why (and HOW) was he de-powered?

Rictor

King Bedlam...dammit they killed Jessie...why not reform his brother and make him a good guy?

Shola Inkosi

Moonstar/Mirage/Daniel Moonstar. She was very cool and I love her.

I would give Chamber his original powers back...but I would like to see where this Blood of Apocalypse story is taking him...(wonder if it will involve Blink?)

Jubilee. You just can't de-power a classic character just because she wasn't in an X-book at the time! I grew up with her! Was she supposed to be one of the characters depowered for "shock" value?

Xorn II if written and executed correctly..He could have been great! What a concept...a Friggin STAR for a brain!!!

Prodigy and Wind Dancer don't know much about either. But from what I have read they were very cool and likeable characters. So they would get a pass.

Marrow if she is truly de-powered.

We all know that Magneto and Xavier WILL regain their powers at some point so I won't include them

and lastly...Stacy X. Yet another interesting and unique character misused to be not used at all.

So why wasn't he listed in the 198 Files book?

With all these mutants resurfacing with their powers intact, Marvel should come up with a definitive book of mutants and go from there. Maybe even come up with a conceptual book of who they're thinking of resurrecting from the dead.

Sebita: Marrow's depowered. Just because she still has the bone protrusions doesn't mean anything. Stacy X still has her snake skin, but she's depowered.

Usagicassady: Cecelia is dead.

Outcry: Yes, Wild Child is a mutant:

When he was a teenager, Kyle Gibney was kicked out of home by his parents and lived on the streets for about a year. Because he was a mutant, he was one day kidnapped by operatives of the Secret Empire, like several others, all anonymous faceless people who wouldn’t be missed. Trying to create perfect killing machines without a consciousness, the Empire infected their prisoners with the modified DNA of the mutant mercenary named Wyre and exposed them to an intensive drug therapy. However, also knowing that emotional turmoil was another catalyst for the manifestation of mutant powers, they ordered psychological counseling sessions for their charges.
