Let's pretend they can see everything, including stuff you saw in private browsing or stuff you tried to delete off your computer.

Guys I'm not talking about I'd they see what's currently in your history; I mean if they saw everything you've ever done in the Internet, EVER

Personally, I'd be completely boned. Disowned. allright, let's get some stuff you've seen!

Considering that I'm an adult - not very.

Although **** when I was still younger and living in their home I still don't think I would have been. Liberal parents for the win (not necessarily politically speaking - although they were that too)

My parents are not computer literate enough to check internet history.

Let's just say that my dying words would be to not look at my internet history.

not so much, am a adult and do make a habit of cleaning up my history :p

When I was a kid and still learning the ways of the internet, I never thought to clear my internet history. So one day my dad was checking out my computer when he saw that I had visited a site that was somehow related to Asians. I was sitting next to him when he found it, so I felt my face go pale. To his credit, he just looked at it for a couple of seconds then closed it down and walked away.

I think that made us even, because a month before I had discovered his Playboys.

My parents wouldn't go within 5 feet of me for the rest of my life

They'd see a cluster of facebook and SHH links, plus youtube and some Google+ links

No biggie

This is what Private Browsing is for, people!

Still not worried.

They'd see some message boards, some Bone Thugs-N-Harmony sites, video game sites, and some naked girls, sometimes getting boinked. Nothing my parents would really flip out about. At worst, my parents might  at me, but that's about it.

Well, they would be not be surprised, as it is has been compromised of science, comics, literature, and film essays, articles, and other extracts.

Pretty much this, mainly because my parents are old and old fashioned. They couldn't do much to me now that I'm an adult, but them finding my ENTIRE internet history (especially certain things I've looked up just to see what they were) it would not be good. Heck even I don't remember some of the things I've looked up. Ah hormonal youth....

My parents never bother with my laptop, so no worries.

Since I'm old enough to be the parent or grandparent of most of the posters here.....and I'm an adult....I'm not worried in the least bit what my parents would have seen.

Hey Lee, what would you do if you saw your kids history?

They'd mostly see sites like the Hype, Facebook, YouTube, a few gaming sites and the odd porn site.

I wouldn't really be in any trouble, tbh.

Meh. They already know I'm obsessed with movies, comics/books and video games. Sites dedicated that stuff would bore them.

Some of the other stuff would probably get me in trouble, but that's a long time ago though.
