It's not bizarre for 20 year old guys to have shaved heads these days. It's still considered pretty stylish, and I see a lot of younger guys with shaved heads (either with the Number 1 attachment on the clippers or all the way down to the pate). If it bothers you that much, get it cut really short and see what it looks like. If it still bothers you, clip it down with the Number 1's on the clippers. If THAT still bothers you, get out the razor. One thing about a bad haircut, though. It will always grow back. Unless you're bald thanks to nature.
