Eh, but i have trouble finding anything that really calms me.
Constantly there's this tick in the back of my head that never goes away nagging me about something. I try to drown it out with drugs and booze but it doesn't help much either.
yeah they are all related. you'll have to focus on finding out what calms you. it's not easy but it has to be done. yeah drugs and booze aren't going to help you. you know that. they don't even really calm you. you end up less calm in the long run.
smashing **** excites you. you feel calm after because the excitement is leaving you. try more new things that are ment to be calming. or you might need your family or friends to help calm you down.
playing guitar, walks in beautiful places, writing. they are calming to some but not others. each of them is benificial in an other way aswell. don't force yourself to do any of these things tho, if they aren't working for you.
I've tried all those, lol. They don't help. I'll think i'll just buy a punching bag.
Thing is they don't sell any here, and I can't really go out and buy one since i live in the middle of nowhere. Oh well. What can you do.

Actually, you know what. I like drama quite a bit, it makes me happy. I was thinking i could do that more, but my school doesn't have any drama courses. ****ers.
