It's a combo of both. I look more towards entertainment (that's why Iron Man is there) however movies like Goodfellas have both entertainment and possible real life stuff. I'm weird. My top five is based on several factors however if I had to list my top "favorite" movies (which I hold very close to my heart) you would most likely laugh.

The LOTR trilogy is 3 movies same as BTTF...it would be the same as saying the original Superman trilogy and thank God you didn't have Superman 3 in there. I am sure you are a huge fan of Superman but come on...there are better movies that BTTF 3 and Superman Returns.
