Scott Buck confirmed no costume and mask for Iron Fist. I'm betting everyone will just go round in bare chests with a tattoo on them for this one since he's also the show runner.

I actually like the fact that he lost the mask. Black Bolt can't speak so he has to communicate through facial expressions. He can't do that with a mask. I also hope that Medusa, Gorgon and Karnak lose the masks since they stopped wearing them in the comics.

Blackbolt's outfit doesn't work for me and feels watered down like if it was an Early 2000's show based on Inhumans.

Blackbolt looks extremely bland and generic. Apart from the lack of the mask, there aren't any of the familiar pattern markings on his uniform. Even the go-to leather material is boring.

And why is Blackbolt with Lockjaw? I thought Crystal spends most of the time with the dog.

He's like one of these Kryptonians from either Smallville or Supergirl, or maybe even from Lois and Clark. He could've just been General Zod or one of his lackeys.

The fear of this being demoted to TV is kinda becoming a reality with that costume reveal! Oh dear!

Though at least its not as bad looking as the TV costumes of Deathlok, Mockingbird, Daredevil, Elektra, Punisher and the Luke Cage villain.

Deathlok is the worst with his Laser Tag costume. Blackbolt isn't really much better though, especially for what is supposed to be a more expensive production, and for what was once meant to be a big feature film.

They at least got the colors right while Deathlok looked like he had toys pasted over his chest.

Deathlok looked like a guy in a black sweater and slacks who took some time off work during his lunch break to go and play Laser Tag. Maybe it was an office team building exercise to go to Laser Tag.

I really hope this Blackbolt "costume" is not more of Scott Buck's vision left over from Iron Fist. If it is, then they should've hired someone else and put a stop to this. Told him "the buck stops here!"

I think they all look fine, but I can at least see why someone might dislike DD and Elektra since they deviate from the comics (which I don't really care about but it's a common complaint). Punisher though? He looks like he stepped straight out of a comic book.

Oh my....I really hope that is not the final costume for Black Bolt....Its everything I feared would come to pass with a TV budget.....TERRIBLE! With Marvel TV they either do really great or absolutely horrible in regards to the costume. Still angry about Iron Fist.

well everyone needs to chill on iron fist, just because it's not in the first season doesn't mean he won't suit up at some point
ABC and Netflix are also very different in that regard though, Netflix doesn't shy away from the costumes all too much, whereas ABC does (for anyone whose name ain't "Daisy")
but this one, being bigger budget and having actual comics to draw from, shouldn't fall in to the same Agents of SHIELD trap
