iPod Touch vs Classic

I'm getting a new ipod and I'm stuck between getting a 160 GB classic or a 64 GB touch
I have about 9 gigs of music, no gigs of movies yet.
Classic you get more space for less money, but touch has cool features like being able to buy directly from Itunes, various apps, widescreen viewing, internet browsing (i have this on my phone except its not a good as the Touch)

Which one do you think I should get?

I have an iPhone 3Gs... which is basically the same apart from the one obvious difference.

I highly reccomend the iPod touch, the apps on the iPod touch are another reason to buy.

Personally, if you don't have enough to fill it, there's no point in getting a Classic. I have too much music and video to put on a Touch (99 GB of music, and 40 some of video) so I'm forced to use the Classic. I would love a touch though.

First Aesop, it is an iPod Touch. Not an iTouch. No such thing exists.

Second, it depends on what you will be using it for and what you will use it for in the future. Also the Touch is flash memory based which means no moving parts. The classic is a HD so spinning/moving parts which means it can skip if you really try to make it skip and the HD, in theory, can break down easier.

In addition, do you have any car stereo deck hook ups? What quality music do you like to listen to? Do you have any sound equipment that is decent to high quality for hi-fi listening? Because if you do, you will want your music in larger bit rates or different formats other than MP3 which can make a huge different in 64GB vs. 160GB.

Same with video content which takes up room much faster. The app store is nice but personally I don't like to spend much on apps, so I only buy apps I really want. The free content is nice but is limited to the really good apps or they are trimmed down versions. But still nice to use and play with.
